We will reships if your order is lost with the tracked 24 option, if your order was lost with this option but the tracking says it was delivered we can not send a reship we have to go by royal mails tracking service.
You do not need to give us your correct name, you can use any name on your order if you prefer to. There are some instances where you would need to give us your correct name like if you need to collect your order from your concierge.
All orders are dispatched with in 24 hours Monday to Friday. We aim to have your order delivered with in 1-3 days of placing it. If you use the tracked 24 shipping service you will usually get your order next day.
